For some reason I am having trouble uploading my pictures . . . these always seem to be my personal photos that I take with my canon rebel. Any ideals why? Sometimes it works fine and other times just refuses to upload. I don't know much about this computer stuff, can anyone help me?

Are you using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox?
ReplyDeleteDid you try first resizing your pictures? It might be too big?
ReplyDeleteThanks anastasiatarz for trying to help me. I don't think I know enough to even be helped. I don't have a clue about sizing...
ReplyDeleteI just had the same problem. Go to Choose files, right in the middle, and play with that. It was the way I got back to my documents and my pictures.
ReplyDeleteHope it helps!

ReplyDeleteAre you having this problem getting the pictures from your camera to your own computer, or are you trying to upload to blogger (or some other internet platform)? We can be more help with a bit more info. But blogger occasionally just doesn't work for us - a few hours later it will be o.k. again.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you got other photos to load today - I had trouble uploading photos just about a week ago. There's a help page - http://www.google.com/support/blogger/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=42475
ReplyDeletebut without seeing what's going on it's hard to tell you what to look at. Do you get the upload image dialog box when you click on the little image icon? can you navigate to the image? Once you get the image location in the upload window, you select the upload button and then what happens? That's where it failed for me - nothing happened! Blogger doesn't care about the size of each picture, but it does limit the overall size of your picture album (Picasa, where it stores all the images on all your posts) Unfortunately the part of the help article to help you check that is broken! But your internet connection speed might also be failing you when it tries to upload photos if your camera is putting out a huge file. Best thing for you might be to have someone else watch over your shoulder when you do the upload - or email the photo to a family member and try to upload from their machine and connection. That might help diagnose the problem.
you must use google chrome, it's the best internet browser, Sarah James Decorating Ideas
