Just cluster a single type of bloom in a pretty container and it can brighten your day.
Nothing can wake up a tired room like a "Touch of Spring."
Spring doesn't have to be all pink bunnies either ... any room looks fresh with a few "Cool Chicks."
Pick a few posies from your own garden or steal some from next door.
But then again ... there is nothing wrong with bunnies! Has the spring bug found it's way into your castle yet?
JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT I WILL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR A FEW DAYS! HAVE A WONDERFUL REST OF THE WEEK AND I WILL TALK WITH YOU LATER. THANKS FOR COMING BY!

ReplyDelete*** V-girl: The "lil' chicks" are "sooo chic"!!! Spring's flowers always make me smile & feel just a tad giddy, EVEN living here in the desert (altho it IS, admittedly, more "exciting" after a long, cold, snowy winter)!!! ENJOY some well-deserved rest, Sweetie!!! We'll just be "hangin' around", waiting for you return~~~ heck, we'll even open a bottle of your finest wine & LITERALLY WAIT for you "RIGHT HERE"!!!Big GRINS n' huge SMILES, Linda

If your daughter needs some instruction on re-purposeing or painting feel free to email me and I will guide her through. ~Athella

Beautiful pictures. I love all the tulips! Have a great vacation!
ReplyDeleteI love how the yellow flowers just brighten up the room! I'm hosting Easter lunch at my house this year and have been trying to figure out what decor to put on the table. I love yours with the little chickies! I may have to try something like that. Thanks for the great ideas!
ReplyDeleteI always treat myself to flowers throughout the year, especially ones that will last at least a week. I just bought some lovely pink tulips this morning, so put in my light green family room. I love the soft color of pink against the green of the walls (perhaps a throwback to my teenage years during the preppy 80s).
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring ness to you Vicky...hope you have a great trip...well miss you but be here when you get back..now V you know I love those parade of cool chicks...hugs and smiles Gloria
