Today I held a bridal brunch in my garden for my daughter's best friend... I am too tired to get very creative with this post, but wanted to share a few pictures I took before the guest arrived.
We could not have ask for a prettier day, cool and just a bit of wind.
This is where we put the gifts ... mine, and my girls were the only ones there at the time.
A touch of blue is always so wonderful outside . . .
I had the guys carry my dining room table outside and it was filled with lots of goodies . . . Everyone had a great time, but I am getting too old for all this work ! I hired someone to take pictures for the bride, so I may share some of hers at a later time with the food and guest .
* You are SUUUUCH a SWEETHEART, Vicky!!! What a LOVELY thing to do for your daughter's friend!!! It's all soooo prettttty and sweet!!!! KNOW it was a HUGE SUCCESS!!!!!!!!
ReplyDelete(And BTW, I UNDERSTAND having all "the right stuff", but all those BLUE CHAIRS???? Where do you STORE them gf?????
Big hugs,
Linda *
Hey linda, gf, you don't know how tired I am...if you look close you will see that the chairs are not all the same. The light blue stay outside in my pool house, 10 teal came from inside my house, 4 lighter teal are my mothers. Thanks for the sweet comment, how's that bedroom coming along?
ReplyDeleteVicky, you are something else. The Bride couldn't have had a nicer setting and a prettier day. I love the chairs and the table set-ups. I can't wait to see the rest of the pix. ~ Robyn

oh my, what a beautiful yard you have. I adore the shelter by the pool. I'm quite envious of those whose back yards are open and free...not looking into their neighbors houses and garages.

What a beautiful setting . . . and I had the same question about chairs -- although I realized that some were different but that many blue chairs -- I was IMPRESSED! Outside chairs are always an issue -- you can use any table with a cloth but the chairs ... ah, the chairs . . and yours are perfect for a garden meal.
