Love, love love the chandy hanging... how's little man doing? I'm sure it's hard to keep your hands off of him. Grandbabies have a way of stealing your heart. You know how I am with my Bailey.. he truly makes my heart sing.. He's comig for the w/k and Grandma and Papa can hardly wait... can you believe my little guy will be 10 in June??? hugs ~lynne~
OMG This pictures are LOVELY. I adore stone walls! Oh and the stain glass in the wall? GORGEOUS! I'm so envious of these photos. I want to live in them.
I have this thing for stone. Something about seeing those pictures makes me long to have this element near. Oh my, you must have some stone in your barn...cannot wait to see how you will use it. Oh and that gothic stained glass window...WOW! --Lili
I would venture to guess that you have some stones stacked up in your barn!!! I love stone walls. Lovin' all of those rooms, especially the first one! Rhonda
Stone, maybe??? Your inspiration photos are TDF!!! My son owns his own Masonry company, he builds walls like those. If I had a home that stone fit into, I would have a wall of it. It is so gorgeous! In fact, I should ask him what it would take to make my ugly brick fireplace into a STONE fireplace. Aaaah...the wheels are turning, now!
If it's not stone stacked up . . . maybe bricks? Thanks for all the masonry photos - I long for rooms like that. My dad was a bricklayer so it's in my very soul to have beautiful stonework in my home. ~Pamela
stone and losts of it, I'd say ....every summer at the farm we go rock digging in the fields ...as many as our suv can handle ....love love love it ...
I DID visit you because I just found you, sugar! Yeaaaaaa, a new granny. Congratulations. I'm going to become a great grandmother in May and I'm sooooooo excited I can hardly even spit! I'm already making things for her. Her dad said, "Oh boy, here comes the pink and glitter." And he's right!! LOL xoxo, Connie
I love, love all of these, Vicky. I just love the stone walls and love the stained glass in that arched window. I am sure you are enjoying your time with the precious little one....Christine
I think you may have a stash of natural stone in that barn of yours but in the the event they are 'a stack of gold bars' and my guess is correct, then I shall settle for two......... pretty-please. (I'm not greedy....MUCH!)
Vicki, you are such a wonderful supporter of mine. I had to grin at your last comment on my new post for today. I will keep my eyes open for a picture of a room for you, thank you so much for such a wonderful compliment, that really means a lot to me, Hugs Kathysue
