  3. Isn't she great?!? I recently stumbled across her myself. Did you see her recent closet make over? It's not a huge job but she did that with a toddler and a newborn. Crazy!

  9. She has a great sense of style. The top photo is my favorite, but I also love those dining room chairs.
I would like to do that with frames, but mine always seem to look wrong? Is there a trick to placement or something?

Hope you have a great day!

  10. Thanks so much for visiting me. Your encouragement and direction are greatly appreciated. It is so true about the phrase, Just do it. I think I am getting less risk taking as I get older. I don't want to be like that. Thanks for again :)
    Have a great weekend.

  12. **** My husband is like most~~~~ he likes a nice house but to actually "TALK" about it? AT ANY length???? In his eyes, when I'm "trying to "lead" him in that direction", I usually get some form of look that says "Oh, nooooo, heeeere we go", then he smiles sweetly... (at least he's a generous darling about it all!!!)

BUT, I HAVE mentioned Lauren to him before~~~ & he knew I meant it when I said "If we'd been blessed with children, I KNOW I'd want a daughter, and I THINK I'd love for her to be A*L*O*T like "our blogging Lauren"!!!

    Just adore this talented sweetheart!

    "'nuff said?"

    XOXO,

  13. Thanks everyone for your comments on our sweet little L.L. She reminds me of myself and of my daughter Lace. I guess that is why I love her so. My computer is only working about half the time... I don't know what is wrong with it. So if I am not around for awhile, that is what's going on...

  14. Just had to put my 2 cents in...Lauren is an amazing talent. I have been to her house, I live one town over, but it was before, the stenciling in the living room, the Leo pictures in the foyer and the arrival of Justin. It was fantastic then! Despite our age difference we had immmediate repore. She invited me for lunch and we chatted for more than 2 hours. I have had Leo pics randomly hung in my dining room for some time. All of horses. She has never seen them...we definately have a very common aesthetic. BUT, compared to my twenties, she has more creativity and vision in her little finger, than I could muster on my best day! Oh, and did I mention she is so nice :)
